Everything you need to know about adding funds to your account.

How do I add funds to my account?

From your dashboard or account settings, select "Fund your account." Link your US bank account — either instantly through your bank's login or by entering your routing and account numbers — then enter the amount and confirm.

What payment methods are accepted?

ACH and wire transfers.

How long does it take for funds to arrive?

ACH transfers take 1–3 business days. Wire transfers arrive within 1 business day. You'll get a notification when your cash balance is ready.

Is there a minimum or maximum deposit?

The minimum deposit is $500. Maximum amounts depend on your account type.

Where do my funds appear after they settle?

Your funds appear as your cash balance in your portfolio. You can use them to buy gold or silver any time.
